Walter Lloyd Pharmacy originated at its current site in Lammas Street, Carmarthen back in 1850 and has provided pharmaceutical services to the people of Carmarthen and surrounding areas for over 150 years.

A fascinating part of our history is the creation of Vocalzone throat pastilles in 1912 by Walter Lloyd and his brother William. The pastilles were originally created for the legendary Italian tenor Enrico Caruso. Decades later, Vocalzone remains a popular remedy used by professional singers, speakers, and performers worldwide.
